Beer Reviews
I am preparing for to take the BJCP tasting exam in February. For preparation I figured I would go a head and do a review of beers based on the BJCP guidelines. The link for the reviews can be found to the right. These score sheets on based on what I perceive and not necesarrily what everyone will perceive. These reviews are strictly for my own practice for the exam. Some beers might be BJCP examples.
Beer Recipes
On occassion on come across my own recipe that is off the chain. I figured I would go a head and post them. A few of these have done well in competitions. Pay close attention to batch sizes and volumes since I have changed up my equipment setup a few times since these recipes have come about.
